Drop Off at our Office

We are now accepting your documents via drop off in our locked mailbox; be advised that your drop off will be placed in quarantine for 24 hours before being processed.

To speed up the processing time, we ask that you do the following:

  • Please make sure you provide us with all your current contact information: phone number, email address & mailing address (feel free to complete and return the attached form).
  • Total your medical expenses and provide that amount rather than handing in all the receipts.
  • For all your slips that have two or more copies, please cut and keep a copy for your records.
  • Put all the items in a sealed envelope or ziplock type bag to ensure nothing gets separated.
  • If you can, please print and fill out the form attached. Click HERE to fill out the form.

Request a Phone Call

You can request a phone call from one of our Tax Associates to assist you through the intake process over the phone. We may still require some documents sent to us, but we are here to assist you throughout the process. We make it our priority to return all phone calls within 24 hours during the hours of Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Office Access

The office will be open with limited access between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday (excluding Statutory Holidays).

*** Please reserve this option for those that have no other means to access our services.
We will only allow a maximum of two clients in the office at a time and they will have to adhere to our safety protocols before entering, and while inside, the building.

We have installed benches outside the front of our building for your comfort, as there may be a wait prior to entry.

Our surveillance system will notify us of your arrival, there is no need to knock.

Please do not try to enter the building until we ask you to come in. If the door opens, it is not an invitation to enter, other clients may be exiting the building.

Once a client exits the building there will be a momentary delay as we sanitize the area before inviting you to enter the building.

Prior to entering:
You must compete and sign the Health Assessment form.
You must be wearing a mask properly.
If you do not have a mask, we have them available for $2.
If you can not wear a mask, visit our website for alternatives to accessing our services.

Upon entry:
Go directly to the sanitizing station.
Place your Health Assessment form in the bin.
Use hand sanitizer provided.
Proceed to the counter number assigned.
